Last week Saturday we visited a new property development project named Bertam Eco Residence.
Bertam Eco Residence is located at a very strategic area:
- Near exit to major highways -PLUS, Butterworth-Kulim Expressway, Penang Bridge
- Supermarkets i.e. Mydin, Tesco, Sunshine
- Coming soon: Bertam Specialist Hospital
This project is by Bertam Properties Sdn.Bhd. And it’s a dream home with easy access to the North South Highway. The project is divided into 2 different residence type which is Eco Florenz and Eco Palmera.
We visited both of the property showroom and really amazed with their layout design. It is very spacious (comes with 4 rooms and 4 washrooms, means every room got individual washroom, how nice !) What impressed me the most is the Australia style of garage in the house, really modern looking. Comparing to staying in the island, or even other part of mainland Penang, I truly feel this type of residence is very unique and also priced at affordable rate. It is suitable for a bigger family with maybe about 6 members onwards as it is quite spacious and also comes with many rooms.
